Zenaga: tente. Ghat,Ghedames: maison



Dans A Grammar of Tamashek (Tuareg of Mali) par Jeffrey Heath pp.267
"ehen" occurs in a number of somewhat frozen compounds as an initial element...

ehen z azegh: inhabited area: (zdgh)
etc....


this might explaine meanings of placenames in Morocco and tamazgha like tribe names:
induzal
inultan
infd'wak
etc..?????

if anyone knows the usages of this word in an other amazigh variant please mention it?! tanmmirt

Azul Idir,

en amazigh de kabylie, je crois que nous l'avons que dans qlq mots :

dihin = laba je crois que ça viendrait alors de d-ahin
dagi = ici

pour la toponymie :

in-uzzal, je crois que a viendrait de in-uzzal (la où il y a le fer)

mais je crois que le In (masculin) en amazighe joue le même rôle que Tin (féminin):

in = celui de
tin = celle de

on retrouve ce préfixe dans la toponymie dans le désert nord africain très souvent.

les parasites arabistes, déforment la prononciation et l'arabetisent sous la forme :
3in au lei de In

comme par exemple : In amenas => 3in um nnas !! bravo les arabetistes !

aussi, In amaca& devient en amazigh de kabylie ; win (celui que, qui...)
